Dont suck...
and hotkeys, know ur hotkeys
K=Barracks
S=Stable
O = Siege Factory
Shift + S,K,O = Select all Stables, Barracks, Siege
C = city
. = idle civie
N = market (if u need to build a merchant for peacocks or shit)

Easy, as Pimp said, learn every buildings hotkey. And you have to be able to multitask alot. By about 3-4 mins you should have 5-6 cities up with 100+ Military. Don't build the same units, mix your military up. Build a library at every city and a temple. Make every city large.
