FIRE_STARTER training
I have started a new topic about training our player. So as you know I will be his coach. Here I will be posting after each training about what he has or hasn't learned. I am happy to anounce that our training session has started today
So in a few words... I evaluated his play so I know where to begin obviously... He played vs tougher ai while I observed him and give him tips, we pressed pause a lot and talk about stuff like library reserch, reviewing our nation etc. He is very hearted and passionate about it which is great about him! Also he definitively can think out of the box. One thing that he needs to change about his play, if he wants to become a better player, is that he needs take control of the resources and realise that every resource not spent is wasted. In short that would be it. Your comments are much appreciated.

Re: FIRE_STARTER training
Excellent
Just one advice for firestarter. "Dont try to play like babykilla. Blend your gameplay with his advanced tips"
For example, now a days |IND|_Kanishka has added raiding to his usual gameplay. His normal gameplay was hardcore boom. But now a days he manages to boom awesomely with raiding also. So he didnt lose his style.
Go ahead baby.

Re: FIRE_STARTER training
In the past i was decent boomer and decent raider but sucked in early attacks. For some time i just lost 90% of my rushing games.Nowadays nobody can stop me if im romans and i succeed to build decent eco :p (same goes for mongols, turks, dutch and etc.)
So yea,if u want to become a good player, learn from other players too,and u wont copy babykilla then...For example,i learnt booming from Coulty(later from halen's replays) but he never raids hard.

Re: FIRE_STARTER training
Today i played a game with Valentin. I was pleased to see him build heavy cavalry as well (something I honestly haven't seen him do). However, apart from his training, he has got to have some attitude. Our team screwed his eco and instead of trying to fix it he only complained about the rares. Well, if your team is handicapped, there are two possibilities: to complain and lose, or to grind your teeth and do your best. I certainly did not see him do that today. I am sure he is able to do much more than that.

I'm pleased to see your first post.
I agree with few of your points not all.
He has improved no doubt. But instead of having "attitude" I'll say "Confidence" and "Never die attitude" is needed.
Sometimes winning isnt in your hands. Its very hard to win 1v2 1v3 in nomad or even 1v1 with a better player is not easy. So, instead of resigning right away. If you want to improve. Try to defend as much as possible.
You might not win the the game but will certainly improve your defending skills.
Re: FIRE_STARTER training
Well, it seems i have not expressed myself well. I meant precisely what you wrote, Ameya. You see, Jatin can tell you how I managed to hold Lord Teich without army for like 20 minutes, lol. I knew I would most likely not win but this 998 attitude is what can turn things around. Some pro players win 1x2or 1x3 not only because they have the skills, but because they fight 'till the end.|IND|_King_AMEYA wrote:|IND|_Godzilla wrote:Today i played a game with Valentin.
